Chris Farrell Membership Review – For Beginners Only

Introduction to Chris Farrell Membership

Chris Farrell Membership (CFM) is an online platform designed to educate users on how to create an online business. CFM also claims that it is a platform where beginners to advance online business owners could leverage its platform to improve their business, increase  their knowledge, gain more skills and network with other online marketers. There are a lot of online learning platform out there that claims the same thing but can CFM really back up all those claims. I have taken the 7-day course for $4.95 to report on CFM and here’s what I found out.

The owner of Chris Farrell Membership of course is Chris Farrell. A well-respected and successful online marketer since 2008.  Originally from London but has since moved to Beverly Hills, California.

Who is CFM for?

  • Beginners to Online Marketing
  • Anyone who wants to start an online Business
  • Anyone who would like to work from home
  • Anyone who would like to create a passive income

What is inside CFM Platform?

Inside Chris Farrell Membership platform is video tutorials that specifically caters to beginners. The video tutorials are laid out in sequence for anyone to follow. Members must watch the Introduction video to understand how the site works, and the best way to watch the videos.  After the introduction, your formal lesson into online marketing starts with 10-minutes -to- success video series. The video tutorials go into the detail of creating your very first website. It even includes a tutorial on what you need to buy to create a website. The tutorial also goes into the technical details of linking your domain name to your hosting platform. To anyone looking for this type of technical overview will enjoy the video.

Once you have completed 10-minute to success video series, there are money making lab videos that you can also explore. These videos provide a variety of other topics that you could learn, Here are some of the topics that you can watch: Pursuing Passion, Profitable Niche, Permission to Commission, Create your own Ebook, OP lite, WordPress Wealth, Understand facebook Ads, Video Made easy, Click Funnels made simple, and more.

CFM forum is also available to members. The forum provides a space for members to ask questions. What I noticed though from first joining to introducing myself and posting progress it is the same individual that likes my posting. This leads me to think that Chris has hired someone to manage the forum and newcomers.  As I browsed through the topics asked on the forums, I realized that there are questions that are left unanswered, you will see this as well on the image I posted below.  There are also a lot of question with only  1 reply, and it comes from the forum moderator.  Not ideal for any beginners with a lot of question, see my #1 recommendation click here.

Pros And Cons

  1. Good for beginners
  2. There ready made websites to those who wants to copy or skip the to do task from each video tutorials
  3. There are To do tasks on each video tutorial that effective help anyone learns the process of creating websites.
  4. 3 free Ebooks to share on your websites, if you use the given niche.
  5. Transcripts of the videos are also available for download.

  1. The forum is almost dead if it were not to the moderators
  2. Topics aside from Basic creation of website are non-existent
  3. Limited information once you have completed you basic lessons
  4. CFM Does not offer a free trial
  5. Cancellation process painful ( I ended up get charged the full month’s price, still disputing it)
  6. No community feel in the forum or the whole site in generally
  7. Using his method is not suitable for everyone who wants to start an online marketing business

Cost of Membership

There is a 7-day trial for $4.95 and after that, a $37 per month will be billed automatically. The cancellation process is a pain since there is no active support that is available. The support site (DealGuardian) promises a response within 24hr, but it did not happen to me. I urge you to cancel in advance if you don’t want additional charges.

CFM platform is suitable for beginners, but I will think twice about renewing my membership. The platform will not provide you valuable information after you have completed the basic training, and for those who are serious about making money with online marketing, this platform will not provide you the necessary tools and information you need. Unfortunately, the reality is that there are more topics that need to discuss and for beginner’s to obtain before becoming truly successful in this market. CFM is not adequate to provide that information to beginners. The forum is not helpful to beginner’s because they could obtain the answers to their question using google. Unlike, Wealthy Affiliates, there is a 24/7 live chat, where you can post questions anytime. There is no feeling of community in CFM, and to progress faster in this business you will need the help of others and learn a lot more than just the basics. CFM is not a scam, but a platform for a beginner to understand Online marketing.  I will not recommend this platform to anyone serious about creating an online business. Thanks for sharing. It doesn’t seem worth my money after being a premium member at Wealthy Affiliate. After reading your review I can see how much more I get from WA for not that much more money. Seems like a perfectly legitimate program and like it does have some good training for beginners but like you said not for people serious about growing an online business. One of the things I love most about WA is the community and it does not seem that CFM has this. Thanks for the info!

I definitely get the community feeling and support in Wealthy affiliates. CFM still is a good alternative to learn, but long term membership is not worth it. Thank you for your comment

It sounds like a very legit program but with some troubling details as you point out. It’s cheap to get started but hard to cancel. That’s a big red flag for me right there. The other problem is support and the community forum. That’s way too long to wait and eventually these programs all die with no community involvement. You have definitely changed my mind on this program. Really enjoyed your review. Thanks, Peter.

It is still a legitimate program, but I would offer beginners something else. There are other programs out there that are far more reliable and good for beginners. Thank you for your comment!

Hi Jonathan, thank’s for sharing your experience with CFM. I see this program mentioned every now and again, and have always wondered what it was like so decided to check some reviews. I’m glad to see a review of someone who has used the program for themselves.

It’s a shame that there isn’t much of a community within CFM. One thing I like about being a Wealthy Affiliate member is that there is a massive community of like-minded people who are willing to help you. I’ve always managed to get responses to my questions, so it’s a shame CFM doesn’t have the same/similar feel to it.

Does CFM offer ongoing training, such as live webinars and new course material etc?

    • Jonathan says:

      Hi Stephanie

Thank you for your comments. I believe that CFM does produce new materials, but I am not sure how often. And this is where WA is better because the community is not only relying on WA owners to produce quality materials. Successful Members are also creating training materials for others, and you could see the support of the community. I am glad you liked this review.. Have a great day!
